Planned Parenthood: The master of disguise and deception

Editor’s note: Rod Goodemote leads an effort in southwest Iowa that is fighting Planned Parenthood’s offensive sex indoctrination programs in the schools. His message in this article is one of hope and encouragement that these programs can be, and have been, defeated.

December 7, 2016 (STOPP) — In Iowa, Planned Parenthood comes in a multitude of forms and disguises. At first, it was Planned Parenthood. Then it became known as PP. After the release of the undercover videos showing the sale of baby body parts, it conveniently began hiding behind the acronym TPPI (Teen Pregnancy Prevention Initiative).

TPPI began its Iowa quest by inviting the public to community meetings intended to raise a groundswell of support for getting its curriculum into local schools. These efforts backfired. The opposition came out of the woodwork. Community members attended TPPI’s public meetings, wrote editorials, sent letters to county supervisors and hospital boards, contacted school board members and administrators, and held public rallies. After a few months of this, TPPI left town.

However, like a bad dream, Planned Parenthood/PP/TPPI continued to linger. Its next stealth attempt came through the diversion of its grant dollars to county public health departments. Perhaps this ally could target Iowa children and implement TPPI’s perverse curriculum in the schools. Perhaps they could get additional free condoms into public parks. This is the battle we now find ourselves facing.

How does a community or county or region create a pro-life environment that can effectively fight Planned Parenthood? First, be vigilant! Pay attention to what goes on in your school. I assure you, it is not easy. Often the teachers do not know what goes on because they are busy focusing on their own classrooms. There are usually three pathways PP uses to get into a school: family consumer science, physical education/health, or the school nurse.

Second, pay attention to your school board’s agendas and minutes. Sadly, the agendas are often written to disguise their objectives. Human growth and development often shows up as HGD; condom machine shows up as health dispenser. So it is important to ask a lot of questions and read between the lines. Get to know your school board members and attend their meetings. They work hard and need your support. They also need to know where you stand. Most school board members think they are doing the right thing by supporting Planned Parenthood’s curriculum because it is presented as “age-appropriate,” “medically-accurate,” “evidence-based,” and “grounded in peer-reviewed science.”

However, the truth is that the studies show that PP’s impact is minimal. Their evidence is based on studies done in large metropolitan areas, participants are paid, and targeted populations may or may not be similar to your children. When you examine their data, the results are not good. They are not even close to being good. Additionally, their studies are often completed by agencies that are affiliates of Planned Parenthood. The bottom line is that Planned Parenthood promotes and encourages sexuality and sex outside of marriage. This is sin. It promotes the idea that everybody is doing it, so everybody should do it, and PP can make it safe. Then PP tries to come to the rescue, telling girls that, if they get pregnant, PP can help. Call us, PP says, but don’t tell your parents.

In addition, you can support a pro-life environment by praying. Pray for your superintendent, school board, school nurse, teachers, and students. Pray for PP employees. You will see God’s faithfulness!

Publicize your message. Get pro-life billboards in your community. Do you have land where a billboard could be placed? Do you have construction skills? Can you donate money for billboards?

Be persistent and commit to the long haul. When a community stands up, stands together, and stands strong, Planned Parenthood will leave. May the Author and Creator of Life bless your efforts!

No Men in Women’s Bathrooms!

Target still hasn’t recovered from their policy change.

And despite my dire predictions of grown men harassing women at Target — among them the man in ladies’ clothes videotaping an unsuspecting woman as she tried on a swimsuit — the retail giant still refused to back down on their policy.
Instead of revoking the policy, Target is spending $20 million to add single-stall bathrooms.

A single-stall bathroom won’t stop men from invading women’s privacy as long as Target STILL continues to let them roam freely into women’s bathrooms and dressing rooms.

That’s why I hope you sign your pledge to Boycott Target right away.

Tell Target: No Men in Women's Bathrooms

If you’ve already signed your Boycott Target pledge, please forward this email to a like-minded friend.

HGD (Sex Ed) Attacks Our Biblical Values

1. HGD (Sex Ed) attacks marriage and the family. Genesis 1:27 (NIV) says, “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.” God made the couple and He created them as sexual beings with the ability to reproduce and experience pleasure when having their times of intimacy. It was His idea and “God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. . . .” Genesis 1:31 (NIV)

God has given us some guidelines as to when we can experience His gift of sex. Per Proverbs 5:15-19 (NIV) it is to only be experienced by a man and a woman within the bounds of marriage, “Drink water from your own cistern, running water from your own well. Should your springs overflow in the streets, your streams of water in the public squares? Let them be yours alone, never to be shared with strangers. May your fountain be blessed, and may you rejoice in the wife of your youth.” Per God’s Word sexual intimacy is only to be celebrated within marriage between a husband and his wife. Persons are not to have sex before marriage, which is fornication, or after marriage with a person who is not their marriage partner, which is called adultery. HGD is an attack again marriage, for it teaches many ways to have sex without even using the word “marriage” in their curriculum. God has clearly taught in His Word that sex should only be celebrated within marriage between a husband and his wife.

2.HGD (Sex Ed) teaches many ways to have sex including ways that are prohibited in God’s Word. Romans 1:21-28 (NIV) teaches, “For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened . . .(have omitted verses 22 and 23). Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen. Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error. Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.” It is very clear that God prohibits homosexuality, and it is considered sin by the sacred Scriptures. HGD promotes homosexuality through teaching the use of internal condoms for anal sex, and gives youth the impression that it is okay to engage in homosexual sex as long as it is consensual by the two people participating and is protected from disease by the use of condoms.

3.HGD (Sex Ed) promotes fornication. 1 Corinthians 6:13,18 (KJV) says “. . . . Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body. . . . (have omitted verses 14 -17) Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. The Holy Scripture teaches us to flee from fornication while HGD promotes fornication by even teaching virgins how to put on condoms. This gives them the impression that it is okay to have sex as long as it is consensual by the two people participating and is protected from disease by the use of condoms. In Revelation 2:18-21 (KJV) God’s Son expresses His complaints against the church in Thyatira, “These things saith the Son of God, . . . (have omitted part of vs 18) I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first. Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.” One of God’s complaints against this church was that they were teaching and seducing God’s people to commit fornication.

Planned Parenthood Prevents Birthdays

Planned Parenthood, responsible for preventing the birthdays of millions, celebrated its own 100th birthday Sunday. On Monday, ABC’s The View decided to “honor” the abortion giant for having “changed the game” for American women.

Born women, that is.

Speaking for the show, co-host Whoopi Goldberg praised Planned Parenthood. “We want to take a second to honor the 100th birthday of the organization that changed the game for women’s health issues in America – and it still does it every day,” she gushed.

To cheers and applause, she added, “Happy Anniversary to Planned Parenthood. 100 years.”
